When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and role type (contractor, homeowner, tradesperson, or crew member). If you use our mobile app, we may collect location data (with your permission) to provide map-based features.

We use your information to provide and improve Ozie services, including project management, crew coordination, invoicing, and communication features. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Photos and documents are stored on secure cloud infrastructure with CDN delivery.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for authentication, cloud storage, error monitoring, transactional email, and push notifications. These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection regulations.
5. Your Rights
You can request to download or delete your account data at any time by contacting us at privacy@ozie.app. Account deletion permanently removes all your personal data within 30 days.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
