When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and role type (contractor, homeowner, tradesperson, or crew member). If you use our mobile app, we may collect location data (with your permission) to provide map-based features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve Ozie services, including project management, crew coordination, invoicing, and communication features. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Photos are stored on AWS S3 with CloudFront CDN. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database & auth), AWS (photo storage), Sentry (error tracking), Resend (transactional email), Firebase (push notifications), and Upstash (caching). Each service has their own privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

You can request to download or delete your account data at any time by contacting us at privacy@ozie.app. Account deletion permanently removes all your personal data within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
